This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Boston, loved it. The breakfast was served in the lobby. The property was located adjacent to train station and the airport.
-
No words to describe how I liked staff and food. Friendliness from the whole staff. Location: the hotel was close enough to the airport, the subway and restaurants.
-
We liked the staff and location, all the provided essentials. The place was within walking distance of Toasted Flats, where you can have dinner.
-
Very convenient location, close to both the airport and the city (from the subway station can be reached on foot), spacious room, a huge lobby, friendly staff at reception and maid.
The advertised great breakfast was quite modest. Yes, there was a cook who made scrambled eggs and omelets, but there was no cheese or ham at all - just as a small addition to the omelet. After the departure was removed from the card additional 5 dollars is unclear why - sent a request and the hotel, and in the buking - the answer is still no. However, I also did not receive an answer to a question about the shuttle from the airport, which asked a few days before arrival - so I put a low score for services. The hotel seems to ignore customer requests at all.

very convenient for airport and transport to town. excellent breakfast and afternoon manager's welcome. pool and gym facilities open very late. excellent value for money.
-
The cleanliness, freshness and comfort of the room was the best. I love that there is space to spread out - the freshness of the room makes it very comfortable

I liked the free shuttle service, great breakfast, clean, spacious & updated rooms.
Nothing really. The bathroom needed more towel racks because the hotel likes to conserve and gives the option of reusing towels and there weren't really any towel racks, just a hook on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return.

Extremely generous sized room with separate sitting room with kitchen facility. Large bathroom with excellent shower. Located very close to the airport and a five minute walk to the metro which takes 10 - 15 minutes to get into central Boston. Good sized pool and gym. Excellent choice for breakfast.
-
Very comfortable bed and room amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. The evening bartender was awesome!!!!! He remebered your drink of preference and delivered it to you upon seeing you arrive. Wish he was at every location.
Did not care for the volume of the walkie-talkies at the front desk. They elevated my blood pressure due to the reminder of my nextel for work. Would have preferred not to hear it on a non-working vacation.

Easy access to "T" for trips to city. On an overnight stay for event. Found to be very convenient for trip and for return to airport for flight out.
Liked everything.

Parking At 32$$$ a day is crazy, rip off

Location is great! Staff is awesome! Breakfast is really good. The rooms were ice and the bed was extremely comfortable

Very near to Logan Airport and a very comfortable two room suite, with an added bonus of a free hot breakfast which was excellent.
Nothing comes to mind.

It was close to the airport. It was easy to drop of the rental car the next morning before going to the airport. The windows in the room could be opened so you were not stuck with airconditioning.
I do not like valet parking (especially at the end of a holiday with a lot of luggage). There was no help unloading the car (my husband is mobility impaired so it was all left to me ... yet the valet insisted on a tip! Parking cost an exorbitant extra $35 and, because of the hotel location, there were no options. The front desk staff were disinterested in even giving a friendly smile. There was a charge for the internet (this was our last night after a 5 week holiday in the US and this was the only place where we were charged for internet access). Breakfast was poorly set up and late in opening (a problem when you have to get to the airport). The toilet in the room was too low (child height?), a problem for mobility impaired husband (and his disability had been included on the booking form).

The staff was helpful and it has a very comfortable airport shuttle which drops off at the T. The train station is just across the park which makes it very easy to see the city.
